MC25 Automatic Stripping and Crimping Machine:

The MC25 Stripper/Crimper will strip PVC flexible insulated cables and crimp insulated end sleeves complying with DIN 46228 Part 4 from 0.20-2.5mm² with a set strip length of 8mm. The cycle time for this operation is 1.5 Seconds. Simply insert the wire into the wire entry hole and a sensor automatically operates the stripping blades and crimping functions.

Change over for different wire and ferrule sizes can be achieved in approximately 10 seconds due to the quick change feeding and stripping tooling.

Tooling Box:

Feeding blocks and stripping tooling for 0.5-2.5mm² ferrules are supplied as standard with the MC25. The MC25 is electrically operated – no air supply is required.
