KS-T504 Automatic Cut, Strip and Crimp Machine for Double Parallel Wires:

Introducing the New KS-T504 Automatic Cut, Strip and Crimping Machine for Double Parallel Wires. This new cut, strip and crimping machine is capable from processing between 0.08 and 2.5mm². This cut, strip and crimp machine is able to split the 2 wire ends before crimping on the leading end (both ends of the wire can be split). The Crimp Applicator is manufactured to suit the customers’ crimp terminals (we will require photos/datasheets for each crimp terminal). This Cut, Strip & Crimp Machine will cut and strip both ends of the wire. This machine is capable of processing up to 4000pcs per hour. The Cutting & Stripping Length, along with the Crimping Force are controlled by a stable system and all parameters are saved in the LCD Operating Screen.

Crimping applicators can be manufactured to suit both side feeding crimp terminals and rear feeding crimp terminals. If you already have a Crimping Applicator (JST, Molex, AMP etc) please contact us regarding having this machine modified to suit your applicator.
