The KS-T101 Cut, Strip and Crimp Machine will process wires 0.05-1.00mm² (18-30 AWG) and suitable for a wide range of terminals due to having interchangeable applicators which are manufactured to suit the crimps.

KS-T101 Automatic One Sided Cut, Strip & Crimp Machine:
Introducing the New KS-T101 Automatic One Sided Cut, Strip and Crimping Machine. This new machine is suitable for a wide range of crimp terminals. The crimping die set/applicator for this machine is manufactured to suit the customers’ crimps/terminals. The KS-T101 Cut, Strip and Crimping Machine will process 18-30 AWG Wire with a maximum cutting length of 3000mm (if you are processing lengths over 800mm, it is recommended by the manufacturer to purchase this machine with a conveyor belt installed) and will process up to 5000pcs per hour.

- Design of Vibration Plate for Loose Terminals, Automatic Feed to Crimping Die/Applicator.
- Changing the Crimping Machine to Casting Version with more Stable Performance.
- Update the Stepping Motor to a Server Motor with High Precision.
- Installation of Wire Conveyor Belt (Recommended for Lengths over 800mm).
- Addition of a Pressure Monitor System to Monitor each Terminals Crimping Force.
