MC40-1 Automatic Stripping and Crimping Machine:

The MC40-1 Automatic Stripping and Crimping machine is an electro-pneumatic controlled machine which will process loose wire end sleeves with plastic insulation. The MC40-1 Strip and Crimp machine is equipped as standard with tooling for cross sections of 0.5/0.75/1.0 and 1.5mm². Optional add on kits are available on request for processing cross sections of 0.25/0.34/2.5 and 4mm².

The automatic machine can be simply set to the required cross section by exchanging just a few parts. Stripping and crimping takes place in one operation. The MC40-1 Stripper/Crimper will strip PVC flexible insulated cables and crimp insulated end sleeves complying with DIN 46228 Part 4 from 0.20-4.0mm² with a set strip length of 8mm. The cycle time for this operation is 1.5 seconds.
